We're looking for an experienced marketing and account manager to take ownership of our partnership client relationships as we grow. You'll be the main point of contact for our retainer clients — managing their monthly priorities, coordinating the team, and making sure the work gets out the door at the standard our brands expect.
This isn't a coordinator role. You need to genuinely understand marketing and branding. You should be able to look at a brand and know what it needs, brief and review creative work with confidence, read a performance report and tell a story with it, and get your hands dirty when the brief calls for it — whether that's editing a caption, updating a Webflow page, or pulling a Meta report.
All client communication runs through you. You keep things moving, you flag problems early, and you make clients feel like they have a team genuinely invested in their brand.
There's a clear path to full-time for the right person as the client base grows.

We're growing our freelance editor bench to handle social content, campaign and ad creative edits across our roster. You'll work to clear briefs from our Creative Director and Account Managers, with footage delivered ready to cut. All client communication runs through us. You focus on the edit.
Important: This role is in-office in Artarmon, Sydney. All footage lives on our local server and is not available remotely. If you can't get to our office, this isn't the right role for you.

We're building out the performance side of the agency and we need a senior operator to lead it. This is a full-stack performance role across paid media, email, SMS, SEO, CRO and ad copy. Not a media buyer. Not an SEO specialist. Someone who understands how the channels feed each other and can architect performance ecosystems for our clients.
You lead with strategy. You write the copy. You use AI tools to accelerate execution where it makes sense. Strategy is the value, AI is the lever.
You'll work alongside our Creative Director on direction and own the execution and reporting across our retainer roster. All client communication runs through us. You focus on the work.

We're building out the performance arm of an established brand-first creative agency. Real budgets, premium clients, strong creative inputs from a proper creative team. Direct working relationship with the Creative Director and a clear path to performance lead as we scale. This is the chance to build a function and own it, not slot into someone else's structure.
