We’re looking for an Account Manager / Marketing Manager (CRM) to lead the management and delivery of our Perth client roster. This is a hands-on role for someone who can run relationships, drive strategy, and keep work moving across content, campaigns, websites, email and performance.
You’ll work closely with our Creative Director on brand direction and monthly priorities, and you’ll also play a key role in growing the Perth office by building relationships and bringing in new work across retainers and project-based engagements.
What You’ll Do
- Own day-to-day client relationships across Perth (retainers + projects)
- Lead monthly planning and priority setting with clients and internal team
- Translate client goals into clear briefs, timelines, and deliverables
- Manage scope, hours, approvals, and expectations to protect quality and margin
- Coordinate delivery across Baseline, Support and Creative buckets
- Work alongside the Creative Director on strategy, brand direction, and campaign planning
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and recommend next steps
- Build new relationships with Perth brands and generate new business opportunities
- Support proposals, quoting and onboarding for new clients
- Maintain clean communication, documentation, and reporting cadence
