Creative Partnerships

How our
partnerships work

Each month we align on your Top 3 priorities and allocate hours accordingly. As hours increase, the scope, pace and ownership of execution scales with it.

Your priorities guide the work. These buckets guide how the hours are spent.

Baseline

Direction, planning and alignment to keep your marketing moving in the right order.

  • Monthly planning with CRM + CD
  • Campaign and content direction
  • Priority setting across channels

This layer exists at every retainer level.

Creative

Creative execution that scales with your hours, priorities and internal setup.

  • Content creation and design
  • Campaign assets and content
  • Editing and motion

Creative ownership increases as hours increase.

Support

Operational and channel support that allows creative to ship efficiently.

  • Ads, SEO and content deployment
  • Uploads, scheduling and coordination
  • Admin and logistics tied to active work

Support expands as we take on more execution.

Content vs Production

Most partnerships include simple content capture to support always-on marketing. When a shoot requires additional crew, talent, locations or logistics, we scope production separately so the work stays sharp and sustainable.

CUSTOM SOLUTIONS

Tailor Your hours to what matters each month

Some brands use us to support an in-house team. Others engage us to run the lot. Most sit somewhere in between.

Your hours determine how embedded we are, how much we execute, and how much we own. Launch-heavy month? We lean into creative and campaigns. Always-on marketing? We expand into content, ads and optimisation. Nothing wasted.

All retainers include monthly priority planning, weekly check-ins, and transparent tracking. Your priorities determine how hours are allocated across Baseline, Creative and Support.

FLEXIBLE GROWTH

Dynamic Retainers For Flexible Growth

We provide flexible retainers so you can scale support as your brand grows or your internal needs change.

Choose your level of creative ownership. Some brands use us to support an in-house team. Others engage us to run the lot. Most sit somewhere in between. You scale the hours, we scale the embedding.

What the people say

Dedicated TEam

Why Spicy Tiger?

We believe great brands deserve more than just surface-level support.
That's why we don’t take on every enquiry, we build long-term creative partnerships with a select group of ambitious, established brands instead.

Think of us as your in-house creative team (minus the hiring headaches).

Full Service, Done Properly

From strategy through to execution, we cover everything under one roof. No juggling agencies, no fragmented delivery, just one team accountable for the work.

Tailored, Never Templated

Every partnership is shaped around your priorities, your internal team, and your growth stage. No fixed formulas. No off-the-shelf packages.

Limited Partnerships

To maintain quality and momentum, each Spicy Tiger office partners with a limited number of brands at any one time. This allows us to stay embedded, responsive, and genuinely invested in the work.

Questions that are asked frequently

Got a question about our services?
Get in touch and we can answer anything you need to know.

What makes Spicy Tiger different from other agencies?

Most agencies specialise in one thing — brand, content, or performance. We do all three, under one roof, with one team that stays embedded in your business.

That means no briefing three separate agencies, no inconsistent output, and no one pointing fingers when something doesn't land. We get in, learn the brand, and treat the work like it's ours. Because our reputation is built on your results.
Is a Creative Partnership right for my brand?

If you've got a proven product or service, you're past the startup phase, and you feel like your brand isn't keeping up with where the business actually is — yes, probably.

We work best with brands that have a marketing manager or internal team already in place, but need consistent, high-quality creative to fill the gaps between what they can handle and what the brand actually needs. If you're not sure, book a call. We'll tell you honestly.
How fast does it work?

Depends what you're chasing. Content moves fast — you'll see output within the first month. Brand work takes a few weeks to get right. Paid ads need 60-90 days to properly optimise. The honest answer is: we set clear goals in month one and measure from there. No smoke, no mirrors.
How much does it cost?

In the immortal words of Nutri-Grain, you only get out what you put in.
So the real question is how much can your business afford?

Partnerships start from $3,000 per month for 20 hours. Most of our clients sit between $4,500 and $6,000 depending on how embedded we are and how much we're executing.

Production work — shoots, campaigns, TVCs — is scoped separately so it doesn't eat your retainer hours. The right number depends on what you actually need. Tell us about your brand and we'll give you a straight answer.
What if I already do some digital marketing in-house?

Good — that's actually our sweet spot. Most of our partnership clients have an internal marketing manager or small team. We work alongside them, not over them.

They handle the day-to-day and internal stakeholders. We handle the creative execution, campaigns and anything that needs specialist skills or extra capacity. One team, no ego, cleaner output.
What industries do you provide services for?

We work across product brands and service businesses — automotive, food and beverage, health, property, hospitality, retail and more. The common thread isn't the industry, it's the brand.

We work with businesses that have something worth building on and the ambition to do it properly. Ferrari Sydney and The Jerky Co are both clients. If that range tells you anything, it's that we care more about the brand than the category

WHat should I have for lunch?

A salami sandwich.

You will need (per sandwich):

1x Burger Buns/White Roll
75g Thingly sliced Hot Sopressa Salami
1x Slice Tasty Cheese
3x Rings of Red Onion
2x Rings of Red Capsicum
3x Slices of Cucumber
1-2x Beautifully preserved Cos Lettuce leaves
Secret Sauce (Garlic powder, Ground Cayenne Pepper and whole egg mayonnaise)

1. Toast the buns, salami and cheese alone in a sandwich press until the cheese has melted slightly

2. Remove from press and layer ingredients on the bottom bun (from bottom to top) lettuce, capsicum, red onion, cucumber, sauce.

3. Place the top bun (which should have the cheese and salami stuck to it) on top of your stacked bottom layer.

4. Enjoy.
